I got new (cheap) speakers and they are way too tinny, I need independent bass and treble control , but my driver (C-media AC97 audio device) doesn't support it and I have the newest driver version, is there any software or anything I can do , or should I just get better speakers?
Yes - get better speakers!!! That is your best solution.
