Not sure if anyone here is familiar with this site http://www.nu2.nu/bootcd/#cdrommi
I followed the steps to the T, and it seems like it's going to work but I have one question. THe only reason I'm asking here is cause the FAQ's don't have an answer I'm looking for and I thought that someone here may have already done this. There is a part under BCD installation that sais

"Now you can customize things like:

Adding programs and files to "cds\cdrommi\files\" folder. These will appear in the root of your CD-Rom filesystem."
What I wanted to know is can I make a folder for each boot disk (ie.98/2000/xp)and then copy those files to the folders? SOrry if this sounds confusing, is so let me know :o)
