Hi,

I am using dial up connection to get an access to Internet. However, in some Web pages, when I try to access it, it would take five minutes to pop up the Bar Information before it showed the pages.

Is my dial up connection slow? How do I fix it?

Thank you for your suggestions.

Best,

although there are some tweaks for dial up connections the problem is usually the the telephone line.

here's a tip: use firefox, install a plugin called flashblock and disable 'load images' in the content options. this will certainly give your dial up connection a big boost.

Today's subliminal thought is: 'Calm down ... it's only ones and zeros.'
