Hello, I am administering about 7 computers in an office and we got an adsl 384 kbps Internet connection. I would like to balance this connection speed between all users. What software would you suggest as a good bandwidth limiter/manager. A program that could find computers in the local network and limit Internet speed per computer IP. Thank you.

hardware solution: get a dsl router with traffic shaping technology (starts at around $500 - but a $50 LinkSys wrt54g can be modified thanks to it's open source firmware)
Software Solution: imstall NetLimiter 2 Pro on each computer (6-15 licenses $24.95 each)
