bait mess bind

anyone help. i have a folder in my program files called bait mess bind. it says it contains nothing. i have tried deleting it ,also tried moveonbot but cant seem to get rid. it keeps putting icons on my desktop for mobile ringtones , find a date etc. & i keep getting popups
i have run avast & trend but cant seem to get rid of this
please help
