HI, I keep getting redirected to about:blank, and its this webpage that says "Search for..." on the top, there's no real name for it. When I check my email and when I go to certain webpages, I get redirected there and its a big problem. I have HJT and CWS, and adaware and spybot. My spybot finds two bad files, but it cant seem to delete them because it quits responding for some reason. I 'd appreciate some kind of procedure if anyone wouldn't mind providing one. Also, is there any software (mcafee, norton, etc.) that would clear these problems up in a much easier fashion? I would appreciate anyone recommendations to all sorts of software. Thank you much.

One quick easy way to fix it. Restore the pc back to before you were hijacked. System Restore will fix 90% of most all problems, sadly few people use it. Then get a good firewall such as Zone Alarm personal edition. Free a www.download.com Run Adaware two to three times a week. The firewall will prevent hijackers. Good Luck
