hi i have a problem with my compuetrs sound quility when i listen to music or watch a video the sound is badly static (bitty) at first i thought it was my speakers so i replaced them which made no differnce, so then i thought maybe its my sound card so i took that out but the problem is still there can anybody help me fix this problem???

sounds like the cable from the speakers to the sound cable. Make sure they are in good and plugged into the proper ports. If they are, try replacing the cable.
