Bad sector

How can fix hard drive bad sector.
how can I lock certin site in ie,firefox?.
I go to ie>tools>internet option> security in there any body can remove restricted site whic I added.
Any software that block internet access or password protection.

There is no software that can fix a physical problem, whick a bad sector is.

1. CKDSK /r can scan your hard drive and move files into a new sector and then mark the bad sector so no more information is written to it.

Once you start getting bad sectors, you should start backing everything up and start looking for a new drive.

Actually chkdsk and other softwares really don't work at the sector level [even though chkdsk says sectors] but at a collection of sectors called clusters or allocation units.

When the disk is raw it's in sectors. When you format these sectors are grouped and then they're numbered which is how the MFT tracks them.

If a cluster contains a bad sector the whole cluster is marked as unusable by chkdsk and an attempt is made to move the data to a known good cluster.

Example of Oxymoron:

Person who is pro life and anti sex education.

Abstinence training clearly isn't working.
