I've read some old posts that talk about file that cannot be delete and...
Yeah the empty file idea is a great idea!!
But this time it doesn't work either ..This is what happend
I was backing up some files from my host, some of those files had been already corrupted i guess ... so went they got down to my computer ... they appear to be folders (not files) that i cannot delete ...I try to use command dos, scandisk... boot in safemode... all things that i could ... nothing works
I made an empty file but file won't over write folder even if they got the same name
Then I made a new folder that has same name with the one i couldn't delete. You won't beleive this => That new folder the didn't over right the old one and "I have two folders with the same name - in one same location (on my desktop ...)
Help me please !!!

Try creating another folder (named ABC?). Drag the corrupted folder/file into the ABC folder, then delete ABC.

There are 24 hours in a day, and 24 beers in a case. Coincidence?
I think not!

Yes that I can move that corrupted folder into the new (normal)folder ABC, but when I ty to delete ABC, I got the same error message which is
Cannot Delete .... Cannot find the specified file.
Make sure you specify the correct path or file nameOh, yesterday I tried copying a small file into that corrupted folder (hoping that I could then delete it). I could do that. But the wierd thing was a brand new folder with the same exact name as the corrupted one was created with the the small file in it. And that means I have two folders with the same exact name in one same location again.
I think I'm really in trouble ...
