Backup Email

When i like to backup my email and settings is it ok to just copy the folder "Documents and Settings" with all the users in it?

You didn't mention the email program, Outlook, Outlook Express, Netscape, or whatever but take a look at this link and see if it helps at all:

You can do that but to be specific go:

C:\Documents and Settings\username\Local Settings\Application Data\Identities
