Backing up Inbox

Hi All,

I am just about to format my drive and clean install Windows xp pro (which i currently have on) I would like to keep all my documents that i have in outlook express, and in particular the INBOX.. is there a way to export these? then import them back in when i have a fresh copy of outlook express installed?

Search for *.dbx and copy your Inbox.dbx to disk (or wherever you are storing the backup)

Re-install and open OE and click File > Import > Messages > OE6.
Import mail from a OE6 store directory and point the wizard to the *.dbx files that you backed up. Follow the wizard.
