Hi.
The background on webpages don't show up, like i.e if you have bgcolor="#cecece", the gray color don't appear, as well as any other object showed as background..This problem(which is very irritating, I don't get the same visual experience of the website) happens to every browser I have installed on my system; msie, firefox, opera, etc. And also on the linux, debian which is installed on the very same laptop.
My laptop runs Intel Extreme GFX card, not a good card, but I can't believe won't run the background of a webpage. I tried installing the latest drivers, refrence driver from intel.com.. This drivers, are also the same as aeopen refer to at their webpage.
I run 1024*764 resolution, 32 bits color-depth.
Is there a option I have forgot to enable?? Or any other things I can try, or is the grapich card just so bad?
Aopen Tundra 1556 Notepad
Thanks,
Per

It it a problem very specific to the backgrounds on webpages(browser)?...or do you have display issues in general?
"When Life gives you Lemons, eat 'em raw"

I do not use IE that much but have you check to see what the default color useage should be used?
Never say Never Romeo Void
Firefox 1.0.7 A Safer Browser
Thunderbird 1.0.7

I prefer to use firefox as well..
And the problem only accours in web browsers.. Or it seem like that, don't really now how to check that with no browsers.. but every thing that has with webpages to do, the background color don't appear.
And I really can't imagine it's because the gfx card don't support it..
Please, are there any other things I should be looking for?
Thanks
