Yea i just bought a stick of 512mb and it shoudl arrive soon. I just searched my computer for the tbirdhw.sys and it turns out its from my sound card acoustic edge... How the hell do i fix it? And wat does it mean when irql is too high? Ive went to websites saying this happens when the irql is too high and there is somie driver conflict.

had essentially the same problem .. its ur memory .. worry about the sound card if the new RAM doesn't fix it
I was getting the same errors with random drivers..but usually the sound card driver popped up. It may have something to do with the referencing driver which caused your RAM to malfunction (or vice versa, but u get my point)
