chiefsurf: have a look at your temp internet file settings;

click IE Tools, Internet Options, General tab, Temporary Internet files box, click the Delete Files button.

when finshed with that, click the Settings button and set the "Check for newer versions of stored pages" to Automatically.

in the Temporary Internet files folder box, increase slightly your amount of disk space to use (minimum 380MB).
