I everybody, it's me again with another problem. I have this avi file. its a movie i think. I tried playing it on a bunch of different players including
-div x player
-realplayer
-windows media player
-avi player
-Quicktime
-KL something
-Irfanview
and a couple of other programs. I also tried to convert but all of these programs said they didn't recognize it. I am extremely not familiar with the avi format so plz explain to me as if u r explaining to a 5 year old.

Then someone has changed the extension to .avi maybe to fool you. This happens allot if you got it from a peer to peer program. Just change it back to.rar and it will open with WinRAR http://www.rarlab.com WARNING if you do this scan it with an up to date virus scan first GSspot does not lie. Maybe your avi file is inside the rar file
