Dear group:

Sometimes my AVG updates are unsuccessful. Does anyone have any idea why?

Thanks!

Some AVG updates require you to reboot. Your AVG icon will stay grey until you do that. There is a message that tells you that but it may be underneath other windows depending on what you have on the screen at the time.

Otherwise I agree what with mountain says - if that doesn't work, un-install it, then re-install it.
