HI All, I've newly installed AVG Anti-Virus Free Edition 8.0 on my Home PC with no internet connection.From my office pc downloaded the update files in pen drive but unable to install/update in Home PC. If anybody knows the resolution Kindly HELP.

http://free.avg.com/ww.download-update You should be able to change the settings in AVG8 to update from a folder (your pen-drive) and install from there... A little curious though (with no internet connection) as to why you need updates, since theres little going on with that machine (unless you bring a lot of files home from work with you or someone else has access to the machine).

Yes i don't have net connection but normally with pen drive i exchange data with my friends & found unwanted .exe created on my C drive one of mine friend suggested to install antivirus & i shocked to see no of trojan's in my system......... Again Thanks for ur response.
