Autorun doesn't work

I have the following auto run command that used to wrok - but now it all of a sudden doesn't. What do I need to do?

[autorun]
open=cd_readr\reader\acrord32.exe launch.pdf
defaulticon=cd_readr\reader\acrord32.exe,1

What used to happen?

You were running Acrobat Reader from a CD drive?
