autoplay pop-up spyware

I have been having a problem with really annoying autoplay pop-up spyware. This thing shows up every 5 seconds. I've tried panda, norton, but nothing worked. I've also checked the registry with hijackthis, but I couldn't find any suspicious entry. Anybody ever had the same problem?
Also down that page is another method, rather than doing the HOSTS file, of placing the "DNS Client" Service in MANUAL (if you are the only user, and not part of a domain). Better and easier to do the DNS client thing. Also that eliminates one svchost.exe process in Task Manager.

I get the autoplay pop-up window trying to search CD/DVD or something and close itself every 5 seconds on the top left corner of desktop.
