Hello,
I am looking for a way to automate Remote Assistance invitations on the client's end. Essentially, a shortcut a user can click on to automatically send me an invite for remote assistance. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Create a shortcut and put %windir%\explorer.exe "hcp://CN=Microsoft%20Corporation,L=Redmond,S=Washington,C=US/Remote%20Assistance/Escalation/Unsolicited/Unsolicitedrcui.htm" as the location in the "type a location" field.

I believe this will allow to "offer invitations". Im looking for a way for the client (without admin rights) to send me an invite with me being the "Expert" support.

There are vb scripts out there that may do what you want with a bit of tweaking. http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&... and http://dgrundel.wordpress.com/2007/... has some ideas.
