Hello, I am looking for a way to automate Remote Assistance invitations on the client's end. Essentially, a shortcut a user can click on to automatically send me an invite for remote assistance. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Create a shortcut and put %windir%\explorer.exe "hcp://CN=Microsoft%20Corporation,L=Redmond,S=Washington,C=US/Remote%20Assistance/Escalation/Unsolicited/Unsolicitedrcui.htm" as the location in the "type a location" field.

I believe this will allow to "offer invitations". Im looking for a way for the client (without admin rights) to send me an invite with me being the "Expert" support.
