automatic updates unsuccessful !!!!

winxp keeps on downloading this automatic update, but when i click to install it, it just comes up "updates were unable to be successfully installed". this is the update it cannot install. "Nvidia Corporation - Sound - NVIDIA(R) nForce(TM) Audio Codec Interface"
my sound is still working tho, but it can't install the update for some reason and it just keeps on redownloading that update after it fails to install.

Windows updates sometimes fails to register an already downloaded update. Just go to M$ update and then let it hunt for newer updates and it will plug the default auto update mistake.
