Just wondering anyone knows a way to automate the process of generating a remote assistance request (preferably to a file, otherwise to email)? I want users to be able to just double click an icon and not have to enter anything to request remote assistance.

Once I have it in a file I can easily get it to where it needs to be.. so just info on getting it into a file will help

Thanks, I've stumbled across that one too..

That takes you to the screen but you still need to generate the request etc...

I was hoping to have the rest of the process automated as well
