|I work for a company that does medical biling and I need to be able to capture information from our client hospital information systems. The current method is to print out the different screens and then scan them so that we can work with the information. I want to be able to print the screens to my PDF printer, and then combine all of the pdf files together, to avoid the printing and scanning. I can set pdf format as the default for the printer, so that each screen shot gets turned into a pdf file, but it asks me to name each file as I do this. Since we are talking about hundreds or thousands of screen shots each day, I need a way to automatically name the files instead of bringing up the file naming dialog box. Is this an option in Adobe Acrobat, or will I need to write some code? I'm sure that there has to be a way to write some code that will auto-increment the filename, without me having to enter anything. Can someone please help point me in the right direction?|
Most of the computers we use are using Windows XP, if that is important.
