hello. i want to know something... do you know exist any program to auto start PC, for example to start at 8 AM and to shutdown at 12 PM?
HELP PLZ

Check your BIOS. Some have an option to do that. Aside from that your options are to 1) only have the computer shut down to standby mode - there are probably apps (or something already built in) that will wake-up the computer, and 2) Use another computer or device to wake up the computer using Wake-On-Lan or Wake-On-Ring etc - if those options are availalble in the BIOS.
Some computers also have the option in the BIOS for state after power reset. Basically it tells the computer what to do after power is restored after a power loss. So if the computer is connected to a power strip and you turn the off then on tot he power strip it will do what you set it to. So if you have the state after power loss set to restart it wills tart the computer when you turn the power strip on. Of course, you would need to find some way to time the power for the computer. There are electrical timers that are usually used for lights in your house. I wouldn't use one for a computer, but they may make some that are better suited for that.

how about a batch file with the:
shutdown -t 10
scheduled to run at that time
heres a progam that will turn your computer on:
IntelligentWakeUp 1.0.0.1
or this to shut it down:

can you give me a little help about how to use that program (IntelligentWakeUp 1.0.0.1). I downloaded it but i have a little problem using it. For example i want to wake up my pc at 10 am how to do it???

at the first screen select schedule a task then turn on system on the next page then select the time, then on the next page select when u would like it to run : once daily weekly or monthly

Scheduled tasks can't run when the computer is OFF! The computer cannot be turned on with software - it must be initiated through the BIOS.
