i just reformated and now instead of my pc anto-powering off when i shut down, i get that annoying (it is now safe to turn off your computer" message. i never had this before, and thought i could fix it. ran the reg tweak HKCU\control panel\desktop\Poweroffactive
but it hasnt helped. i know there is SOMETHING else you have to do but cant remember what. can anyone help with this??? i have ACPI turned On in BIOS
