There is a program called "XPRo" running every so often and stealing the window focus. When that happens I have to alt+tab to come back to the window I was in. This program "XPro" shows up with a DOS Console icon when I press alt+tab and goes away when I switch windows. Also there is a message that appears afterwards which I think is linked to this "Xpro" program which is "Unable to execute command winhold.bat". Is this a virus, trojan, spyware?

I installed mcafee yesterday and it found dllcache.exe in the windows/inf folder which was a virus. It also found various times ftp scripts being created on my computer. I'm going to see if with mcafee installed, this program stops running as Kaspersky was unable to detect that file :(
