Auotplay did not work for photo

I have camera memory card reader. Usually I put a memory card into the reader, PC can autoplay, go to " copy picture to a folder on my computer using Microsoft scanner & camera wizard", then it can easy copy into my photo file. But now autoplay did not work, I did clicked many time on autoplay, nothing happen. I also tried " scanner and camera wizard" but it did not help to restore autoplay tool.
