hi, i was woundering if any one would know how to change the amount on the downloads that can occur at one time in the audiogalaxy site/ program? i have already changed the downloads to occur to 10, but when i go to download 2 or more mp3 it will only allow 1 at any one time. is there another option that may perhaps fix this problem? thanks for helping :-) cheers

u must share ur mp3s in order to d/l more mp3s. open satellite..File..Edit Shares.. and Add ur mp3s directory. close and open again. then try to d/l.

AHHH... mine has done this too, but if left on for awhile, it usually begins downloading ten at a time. I am sharing several thousand songs, sooooooo.

I thought 2 was the max? How did u even set it to 10, I too am sharing a ton of songs.

Goto www.audiogalaxy.com login, if you are not already. at the very top of the page is the banner, below that on the right is a satellite icon. on the left side of that icon it says "(your user name) home"... click on that. Half way down the page on the right hand side of the window, is a button that says change. to the left of it, is a box with a number, put it at whatever number you want and click change. Also to make sure your satellite is running as fast as possible... Open the satellite, click on the Options tab, and select Bandwidth Throttle. Make sure it is all the way to the right side.
