ATT Files? In Outlook

I am also having this problem in WIN98SE besides XP Pro. I occasionally receive e-mail that has drawings embedded in the text. On my Win95 machine at work, these drawings are open automatically when I open the E-mail. (In Outlook)
On my Win98 and WinXP Pro machines, the drawings aren't there. Instead there are icons in there place with names like "ATT54718.ATT" and nothing I've tried will open them! I can convert them to BMP's and they'll open in paint, but I want them to open within the e-mail document so I can print them out in context.
I hope someone has an answer. I have all the same programs on all three machines (Their proper versions, of course)

In OE click tools/options and click the read tab. Uncheck "read all messages in plain text." Click the security tab and uncheck "do not allows attachments to be saved or opened" .

Thanks for the suggestion TT, but I'm using "Outlook" not "Outlook express" and I don't see a "READ" tab?
