Hi, I just switched from Windows 2000 to XP and cannot seem to get my ATI TV Wonder card to work. It worked fine with Win 2k. I've tried updating the drivers from ATI's web site, installing different Multimedia controllers, but the result is always the same -- the audio works fine, but the video is all messed up: it seems as if it were scrambled -- there are diagonal lines across the screen and they are kind of moving up and down. Can someone please help me?

lotsa reading:) http://search.support.microsoft.com/search/default.aspx?Catalog=LCID%3D1033%26CDID%3DEN-US-KB%26PRODLISTSRC%3DON&withinResults=&QuerySource=gsfxAdvancedSearch_Query&Product=winxp&Queryc=ati&Query=ati&KeywordType=ALL&maxResults=25&Titles=false&numDays=

Thanks for the answer, but nothing listed on microsoft's site pertains to my problem. The frustration continues!

i had similar problem eith my tv wonder card and i couldnt find a fix for it with ati`s MMC
however switching between 16 bit and 32 bit colour resolution seemed to work most of the time, but this needed to be done everytime it was used for the tv tuner.i have installed the trial version of power vcr from cyberlink and removed ATI`s MMC
and this problem doesn`t seem to be there with powervcrhope this has helped
later

Could you go to device manager/display adapter
Go to the driver properties and list the files that are there?
Seems xp has problem loading those correctly as I recall

mustard,
do you know of any other programs like ati's mmc or power vcr that can try. i downloaded power vcr II, but for some reason that is not compatible with my sound card. it also freezes. thanks.
