Comment:

I'm trying to use my pc for multimedia. I've partitioned my hdd one drive for OS and the basics (about 10 gigs) one for tv and video (195 gigs) and one for music (30 gigs). My problem is that the ATI MMC keeps recording shows and putting them into My Documents folder (c: drive - wrong one). I can't figure out how to get it to record to the correct drive. In the ATI setup it asks what my temporary drive is and I tell it d: and tell it to "always record to temporary drive," but this apparently isn't the right setting to change. Anyone else have the better (right) option?. ATI has given me ZERO help from their website and tech support. My other options are merging the 2 drives and reinstalling all ATI stuff on the d:, neither of which seem like a good idea at this time. Any help is appreciated.

Go to TV Player Set-up by clicking on the box with the check mark icon.

Click on:
Digital VCR
Digital Space Settings

That's what I was describing that I tried in the setup. It hasn't worked.

Fredd,Go to set-up>digital VCR>disc space.
Put a check mark in cature to temporary drive, choose the temp drive you want(actually the drive you want to leave it on),record, and just never move the file.
Works for me
