I recently had to re-instal WinXP after two years of problem free computing. I decided to take advice, and setup an admin account, and a normal user account. However, when I installed the latest Catalyst drivers and control panel for my Radeon 8500SE under the admin acount, I find that the control panel isn't available in the normal user account. Can anyone let me know how to make this available. I have tried reinstalling the control panel from the user account (as administrator), but no dice.
Thanks for any help offered,

Tsunami

Tsunami,

Did you try downloading the newest ati control panel from ati's site?

This may solve your problem, but be aware of what DirectX you have. DirectX 9 has had some issues with ati cards especially on earlier versions of windows.

To check your version of DirectX go to your start button, run, type in: dxdiag and it will show you your version.

Good Luck and post back if this helps,
sprank
