I am getting the error message WINDOWS COULD NOT LOAD THE INSTALLER FOR MEDIA, PLEASE CONTACT YOUR VENDER. This happens every tyme I tried to install any windows update, or upgrade the drivers for the onboard audio. My motherboard is the asus TUSI-M. It's a socket 370 moboard with C-media onboard sound. This problem is pissing me off! I tried calling asus techsupport and they said it's a problem with their 16 bit installer.... but they told me to call microsoft to find out what the problem is.... Thanks a lot i said i a very sarcastic voice! Some one please help!

Well I have that file located in the c:\windows\system32 and i downloaded that file and it says wrong OS or version when i execute it. Thanks 4 the help.... i am prolly just gonna reformat the computer =(
