ASUS A7V600 Network Controller

I have the Asus A7V600 and I am running XP, I have installed all the drivers that came with the board but for some reason I keep getting a question mark in the device manager under the other devices. It says it is a network controller but I have installed every driver that came with my motherboard. The computer runs fine but I want this question mark out of my device manager. Anyone know what this could be? I have tried reinstalling the driver and also looked on Asus's site and found nothing. Any Ideas?
