Hi, I downloaded the TZ antispam trial and was not able to excute it because I received a runtime error 339 and the AS-IFce1.ocx file was the cause. So I tried emailing tz support but waited a week with no response and during that time I was not able to find a free download the AS-IFce1.ocx file so I can manually register it .

It's higly illogical to state a computer made the mistake for it was us human beings who programmed it.

If it is related to TZ spyware remover than I would say you have a bad product.

I Think that you may be better off if this did not work.

I really find it hard to do business with any online business that does not give you any privacy statements about themselves on their website but will allow only communication through email with no other information other that they are "based in Boston"....no state just boston....No physical address...no phone information.

A little further research shows that they use 2CheckOut.Com as their means of collecting your payments.....this company is a company that allows non certified business to collect funds through them as their is no need for business licenses or legal records at all...and they collect and use personall identifting information in any way that they want to....if you read their privacy statement(they atleast had one.)

From the people that make TZ antspam filter,,,trackZapper sofrware...(quote)Our Mission:
"Find your direction"
(end quote)

These people say they make software to give you piece of mind but hide their privacy statements and their business location and will only communicate thru email....

I wouldn't trust them
