help. getting annoyed. cannot find driver that will allow my rather basic scanner to work. Xp wont give it the time od day. any ideas ?

I have an artec scanner as well although more masic than yours, AS6E. Artec isnt making any XP drivers for the older scanners unfortunately. On their site they suggest downloawding the 2000 drivers and before installing the setup change the compatability to win2000. I tried this with no luck. Looks like I'm going to need a new scanner but if yours is more recent it may work for you.
