When I go into Windows Backup and select Advanced, then select ASR Wizard, the program will not allow me to select the directories/files that I wish to back? My Windows updates are current. Anyone have a suggestion as to how to get this program to function properly? TIA
Make sure volume shadow copy is in auto in services and started.

I made sure that Shadow Copy starts automatically and that I am logged on as Administrator and still the ASR Wizard does not allow me to put in the floppy disk for ASR Recovery on boot up with the CD. Any other possible reason for this behavior? TIA for your help.

ASR is intended to save only system files. You can't choose what to save in that mode.
To choose which files to backup go to Advanced Mode> Backup Wizard> next> tick backup selected files, etc. Then choose what you wish to backup and where to back it up.
