Hi, my computer recently stopped opening the IE, Citrixwire, etc. Eventhoght I removed them and reinstalled them twice from the Mozilla browser that installed from a USB, but they still don't work. They, do, get installed and the icons are created on my desktop, but when I click on them, they just look to be booting, but nothing happens.
I have scanned my C:/ drive with PC Clean and malwarebyte and removed already a few Trojans and some adware with still not good results. Any ideas why is this happening?

I really like anti malware from malwarebytes.org but it's not 100% guaranteed.
Run Hijack This. Post the log if you don't understand it.

Since you've already been infected with trojans etc, I would suggest you update all your antivirus and spyware software using firefox or whatever works. Next thing is to turn off Restore Points in Windows. Then boot into safe mode using your F8 key while the computer is booting. Once in safe mode, do all your scans and after the system is totally clean, you can reboot and enable Restore Points again if you choose. Virus's and spyware will hide themselves in restore points and reactivate on the next boot. That's why the safe mode cleaning. Good Luck.
