Application won't start from shortcut

Application won't start from shortcut, or start menu, but will start from Task Manager. Will also start if I set shortcut to "run with different credential", then log in. It does work if a domain admin is logged onto PC.

Sounds like the user account you are using does not have the proper permissions required to run that application.
