|We are operating a Windows Server 2003 domain with users running Windows XP Pro. One particular user seems to have difficulty in saving navigating through the explore dropdown when trying to save Excel files, either to desktop or server. We have updated Office Service Packs and reinstalled but Cannot seem to find a solution to remedy the issue. Any advice would be appreciated.
