my computer shows that my application failed to gtools.dll was not found it got erased and i can't get it back we reloaded window xp but didn';t work please help

Did you by any chance run any anti-spyware like adaware or spybot? Gtools is Gator (Gain) spyware. You must have removed the spyware, now your app won't run. You don't want apps with spyware anyway.

CPU/Ram: don't know
Right click MY COMPUTER, then Properties,
It says in the lower right hand corner.

Must be Gator. I had it on my first comp. It's handy for filling out forms and remembering passwords, but the spyware ain't worth it.
