I have an error message that keeps coming up about appcompat.txt. It seems that there is an incompatibility with explorer.exe. It is really annoying because it doesnt stop coming up. Anyone can help me on this?

I'm getting this message too, when ever i try and play some of my newer games like planetside. on the first install the game is fine, but after a while it comes up with the error report thing. i've replaced my <nobr><a class="iAs" style="border-bottom:darkgreen 1px solid;text-decoration:underline;color:darkgreen;background-color:transparent;" href="http://itxt.vibrantmedia.com/al.asp?ipid=7&cc=uk&di=78826&ts=500606&redir=" target="_blank" oncontextmenu="return false;" onmouseover="kwE(event,1);" onmouseout="kwL(event);" onmousemove="kwM(1);">motherboard</nobr>, my ram and reformatted 3 times, none of them have worked. i'm thinking of just quiting XP because it is too much hastle and going for something better, but i don't know what yet. it says all the normal stuff about appcompat.txt. If anyone out there has any ideas for solving this at all please say so, i've had the problem for months now.
