CPU/Ram: 1.3gig/512mb

hi,
I would like to be able to set up a server on my computer so that I can upload php or perl files and mysql or access databases. Is this possible with apache on winxp? If not, could anyone give me advice on how this can be done? Much appreciated :)

to answer your question i already did this on win_xp pro with apache server and it works pretty fine . :)
