aol corruption

Has anyone seen this. Every time I launch AOL then click mail the computer locks up. I called tech support and they walked my through unintalling and reinstalling. but is still did the same.

Any Ideas?

If your using 9.0 that could be why because I have seen complaints about freezing with 9.0. If it's an older version I have no clue. Try going to keyword help and click on computer check up and see if it finds anything wrong and it will correct anything it needs to. The volunteers on the AOL help boards are great at solving AOL things, they have helped me a few times over the years figure things out.
