My gf's computer won't sign on with msn messenger and won't upload any sites with internet explorer. She's on aol and I'm talking to her on aol, aim won't connect our webcams for whatever reason so we're trying msn.... only she can't sign in. She has a .net account and all that and I can sign in as her, I switch to my .net account and she can't sign on... she has no firewall and nothing that I can think of to block msn and ie other than aol.... can someone help us please??

I don't know about MSN messenger but if you are saying that she cannot access any sites using AOL then she should go to keyword checkup and let it fix things and see if that helps with the websites.

They stated they cannot uplolad any sites. I took this to me they can't access any sites on the net and AOL parental controls won't block all sites just sites with inappropriate content or adult content, depending on if you choose child, mature teen, etc it won't completely block out all sites.

Try Yahoo for viewing with the web cam. Much better than MSN or AIM. If you want to use voice, I suggest you use AIM for that while using Yahoo for the cam.
