Any program making 100% CPU usage

thanks...I ran Spybot and it worked. However, now, whenever I open up any program...ANY program, my CPU is at 100% usage. Any help here?

Check to see what Windows Task Manager tell you. You can do that by a control Alt Del. Also see my post CPU Load high just two after yours. May be we have the same problem.
