Jennifer, I think he's refering to Vista,
Gary when you move your mouse over a minimized window on the taskbar in Vista you get that little preview window popup. As far as I know that doesnt happen in XP.

OP specified XP as the OS, and tooltips (not images) do indeed come up on minimized taskbar items in XP, which is why I asked the question to clarify.
