any good Registry Blocker ?

I know windows has an internal registry blocker in gpedit, I just wanted to know if there is a better one or a more versatile one where you just do 1 or 2 clicks and when It is time that you do need access to the registry like installing a new software, then that would be good. Does anyone know of such Registry Blocker program ?
