i do alot graphic work and need bitmaps, to make changes and change appearence

Open the file in MS Paint and save it as a .bmp file using Save As.

You could download FastStoneCapture53 here

it is free and everything, even a text file can be saved as bmp, jpg and many more formats even in pdf.
