If you already have the virus update on a pen drive, how you update your anti-virus application depends on which anti-virus application you are using.
The Help files will tell you how to do an off-line update.

depends which antivirus u use. most of the AV have offline update such as Norton, AVG, Kaspersky, Avast etc.. but not sure of NOD32 . In previous version(V2,)they had this option but in new 3 and 4 not sure where update files are located.
